Short Description:

The acid mist absorber consists of a PP/PVC/stainless steel tower body, packing layer (polypropylene Pall rings/Raschig rings), spray system (spiral nozzles + circulation pump), demisting device (baffle plate/wire mesh mist eliminator), and variable-frequency fan. With a treatment air volume of 500-20,000m³/h, acid mist purification efficiency ≥95%, pressure drop ≤1,200Pa, and pH adjustment range 2-12 (with matching neutralizing liquid tank), it features corrosion resistance (acid resistance pH ≤2), low energy consumption (fan power 1.5-15kW), and intelligent control (automatic start/stop + pH-linked dosing). Using countercurrent gas-liquid contact principle: acid mist enters from the bottom of the tower and fully reacts with the downward neutralizing liquid (sodium hydroxide/sodium carbonate solution) in the packing layer. Acidic gases are absorbed and neutralized, and the purified gas is dewatered by the demisting device before being discharged up to standard (mist droplet content ≤50mg/m³) via the fan. Widely used in chemical synthesis (sulfuric acid mist treatment), electroplating production lines (hydrochloric acid mist purification), electronic etching (hydrofluoric acid absorption), laboratory waste gas treatment, etc., it is particularly suitable for handling highly corrosive acid mist exhausts with concentrations ≤500mg/m³, such as sulfuric, nitric, and hydrochloric acid mists.
