Short Description:

The anti-arch metering conveying device consists of a silo body, vibration anti-arch unit (pneumatic hammer/rotary agitator), screw metering module (variable frequency control), belt/screw conveyor, and intelligent control system. Suitable for powdery/granular materials (angle of repose ≥30°), it features metering accuracy of ±1.5%, conveying capacity of 5-200t/h, anti-stick lining (stainless steel/PTFE), real-time level monitoring (ultrasonic sensor), and overload protection (torque switch). During operation, the anti-arch unit first breaks up material arches, allowing uniform discharge into the metering module. After real-time measurement by the screw/belt scale, materials are conveyed to the designated station by the conveyor, with DCS linkage control supported. Widely used in continuous conveying of chemical raw materials (e.g., PP powder), grain processing (flour/soybean meal), building materials (cement/fly ash), and metallurgical mineral powders, it is ideal for precise metering and anti-blocking conveying of high-viscosity, easy-caking materials.
