Short Description:

A centrifugal fan consists of a backward-curved impeller (cast iron/stainless steel), volute casing, variable-frequency motor, and vibration-damping base, categorized as standard, explosion-proof (ATEX certified), or anti-corrosion (FRP). Featuring high air pressure (up to 2000Pa), high efficiency (≥85%), and low noise (≤85dB), the impeller has G6.3 dynamic balance accuracy for airflows 500-50000m³/h. Operation generates centrifugal force via high-speed impeller rotation, converting axial airflow to radial high-pressure flow rectified by the volute. Applied in commercial building ventilation, industrial dust exhaust, boiler induced draft, and food cleanroom air supply, complying with GB/T 1236 and AMCA 210 standards.
