Chemical Dosing System
Dosing systems consist of precision metering pumps, chemical dissolution tanks, PLC controllers, and online detectors, enabling high-precision dosing within ±0.5% in the flow range of 0.1-1000L/h. They feature liquid level alarms (deviation ≤±2mm) and automatic pH adjustment (response time <5s). The dosing amount is dynamically calculated via PID algorithms, with chemicals passing through a Y-type filter (filtration accuracy 50μm) into a static mixer for full reaction. Suitable for processes such as circulating water scale inhibition in the power industry and wastewater denitrification, they can be integrated into prefabricated cabins for modular delivery, meeting the requirement of 8000-hour continuous operation without failure.
