Chlorine Dioxide Generator
The chlorine dioxide generator consists of a PVC/stainless steel reaction chamber, precision metering pump (electromagnetic diaphragm type), microcomputer controller, safety pressure relief device, and online detector. With a gas production efficiency ≥95%, ClO₂ output of 50-2,000g/h, and raw material conversion rate ≥98%, it features negative pressure operation (leak-proof), automatic material shortage alarm, and remote monitoring (485 communication). Through chemical reaction between sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid (or sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid) under acidic conditions, ClO₂ gas is generated, sucked by the ejector under negative pressure, mixed with water to form disinfectant, and dosed into the water body. Widely used in drinking water disinfection (residual chlorine ≤0.8mg/L), hospital wastewater sterilization, food processing workshop disinfection, and industrial circulating water algae removal, it adapts to high-efficiency disinfection needs in municipal water supply, aquaculture, swimming pool water treatment, etc.
