Cleaning Equipment
Cleaning equipment consists of 304/316L stainless steel washing tanks, ultrasonic generators (40-60kHz), high-pressure spraying systems (5-20MPa), and PLC intelligent control systems, with optional heating devices (20-90℃) and filtration cycles. Featuring ≥99% cleaning efficiency, ≤0.8kW·h/m² energy consumption, and high automation (supporting CIP/SIP), the inner wall is electropolished (Ra≤0.8μm) to withstand pH 2-12 media. Operation uses ultrasonic cavitation combined with high-pressure water mechanical scouring and chemical agents for stain removal, with a filtration system recycling cleaning liquid. Applied in semiconductor wafer cleaning (ISO 14644-1 Class 5), automotive part degreasing, pharmaceutical equipment sterilization, and electronic component dust removal, complying with GB/T 30032 and ISO 14151 standards.
