Customized Sight Glass
A customized sight glass consists of a tempered borosilicate glass window, stainless steel/PP/PVDF frame, sealing gasket, and optional lighting/cleaning devices, customizable for size (DN50-DN300), pressure (PN16-PN40), temperature (-50℃~200℃), and installation (flanged/welded/threaded). Featuring high-definition transparency (light transmittance ≥92%), strong corrosion resistance (pH 1-14), and explosion-proof certification (ATEX/IECEx), the window surface is treated with a hydrophobic coating (contact angle ≥110°). It enables direct observation of media flow through the transparent window, with integrated LED lighting enhancing visibility in dark environments. Applied in chemical reactors, food-beverage production lines, water treatment systems, and pharmaceutical equipment for process monitoring, complying with ASME B16.5 and GB/T 23259 standards.
