Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) Tank
The DAF tank consists of a carbon steel anti-corrosion tank body (epoxy resin lining), dissolved air system (dissolved air tank/pressure pump), release device assembly, scum scraper (chain-type/trolley-type), and water collection device, equipped with dissolved air water pressure monitoring (0.3-0.6MPa) and scum thickness sensors. Featuring suspended solids removal rate ≥90%, hydraulic retention time ≤30min, and surface load 5-10m³/(㎡·h), it uses the principle of dissolved air water decompression release to mix air as 20-50μm microbubbles with wastewater. Suspended solids float to the liquid surface through bubble-particle adhesion and are continuously discharged by the scum scraper. Widely used in industrial wastewater treatment (e.g., oily wastewater, printing/dyeing wastewater), municipal sewage pretreatment, food processing wastewater impurity removal, and paper industry fiber recovery, it adapts to solid-liquid separation scenarios with a treatment scale of 10-500m³/h.
