Short Description:

A double-wall pipe consists of an inner conveying pipe, outer protective pipe, and interlayer (insulation/monitoring channel), made of stainless steel/PP/PVDF with polyurethane insulation or integrated leak sensors. Featuring acid-alkali corrosion resistance (pH 1-14), high-efficiency thermal insulation (heat loss ≤5%), and leak warning (response time ≤10s), it withstands PN40 pressure and -40℃~150℃ temperature. The interlayer monitors pressure difference or temperature field for leak alert, while insulation blocks heat exchange. Applied in chemical hazardous material transportation, oil thermal pipelines, food cold-chain fluid transfer, and leak-proof piping in water treatment, complying with ASME B31.3 and GB/T 20801 standards.
