EDI Device (Electrodeionization Device)
The EDI device consists of modular membrane stacks (filled with uniform particle ion exchange resins), DC power supplies (24-48V thyristor rectifiers), PLC control systems, and water quality monitors. It produces water with resistivity ≥15MΩ・cm (up to 18.2MΩ・cm), features continuous regeneration without acid/alkali chemical regeneration. Based on the coupling principle of electrodialysis and ion exchange, under 0.1-0.3MPa pressure and DC electric field, it 实现 directional migration and deep removal of ions in water, while H⁺/OH⁻ generated by water electrolysis automatically regenerates resins. Widely used in ultrapure water production for electronic chips (TOC ≤5ppb), pretreatment of water for injection in the pharmaceutical industry, and polishing treatment of boiler feed water in the power industry, it adapts to continuous high-purity water scenarios with a production scale of 0.5-50m³/h.
