The electric mud hopper consists of a wear-resistant steel plate welded hopper body (volume 2-20m³), electric drive system (gear motor + gear transmission), hydraulic/electric opening-closing gate, load cells, and local control cabinet, equipped with anti-stick lining (polyethylene coating) and sealing strips. With a discharge rate of 0.5-5m³/min, metering accuracy of ±2%, and features like remote control (485 communication supported), overload protection (torque limiter), and leak prevention, it operates by using the electric drive to open/close the gate for mud loading and quantitative discharge. The weighing system provides real-time weight feedback, and the control system adjusts discharge speed according to set parameters.
