Fluoride Removal Filter
Composed of rubber-lined carbon steel/stainless steel tank, activated alumina media layer (0.8-2mm), water distributor, and air-water backwash system, the filter achieves ≥90% fluoride removal with effluent ≤1.5mg/L, suitable for pH5-8 water sources. Using modified adsorption and fluidized bed crystallization, fluoride ions are trapped via ion exchange, and the intelligent regeneration system automatically activates media with 30% less sludge production. Features include compact footprint (60% of traditional), low operating cost (≤0.8 CNY/m³), and 6mg/g adsorption capacity.
