Short Description:

The equipment consists of a mixing reaction unit (magnetic powder dosing + flocculant system), high-intensity magnetic separation zone (permanent magnetic disk array), sludge scraper, and magnetic powder recovery system. With a treatment capacity of 50-5,000m³/d, it achieves ≥95% suspended solids (SS) removal and turbidity ≤5NTU, featuring ultra-fast separation (retention time ≤30min), ≥99% magnetic powder recovery, and 1/5 footprint of traditional processes. Raw water mixes with magnetic powder and PAC/PAM to form magnetic flocs, which are adsorbed by the magnetic field onto disks for scraping. Clean water is discharged, and magnetic powder is recycled. Widely used in high-SS mine water (e.g., open-pit surface runoff, mineral processing wastewater), steel hot-rolling turbid water, municipal emergency treatment, and food processing turbidity removal, suitable for rapid purification of industrial/municipal sewage with SS≤3000mg/L.
