Instrument Mounting Parts
Instrument mounting parts consist of stainless steel brackets (304/316 material), adjustable clamps, anti-vibration cushions, and quick-install connectors, including standard components like L-shaped brackets, flange bases, and cantilever brackets. Surface treated with electroplating passivation (salt spray test ≥1000 hours), they have an IP67 protection rating. Using modular design, they enable rapid positioning via bolts/clips, support ±15° angle adjustment and 0-50mm spacing compensation, and disperse instrument loads through mechanical balance principles to reduce vibration offset (amplitude ≤0.1mm). Suitable for on-site fixing of pressure gauges, flow meters, transmitters, and other equipment in industrial automation, they are widely used in chemical pipelines, wastewater treatment facilities, power plant boiler platforms, etc., meeting installation requirements in ATEX explosion-proof areas and high-temperature/high-humidity conditions.
