FRP Custom Components

Short Description:

FRP custom components are manufactured using glass fiber (alkali-free E-CR fiber) and thermosetting resin (epoxy/unsaturated polyester) composite processes, formed via molds (hand lay-up/winding/molding). They include special-shaped parts (e.g., fan impellers, pipeline fittings), structural components (grating/ladders), and anti-corrosion products (tanks/protective covers). With a density of 1.5-2.0g/cm³ (1/4-1/3 of metal materials), compressive strength ≥150MPa, acid-alkali resistance (pH 3-12), and insulation (dielectric constant 3-5), their surfaces can be coated with gel coats (glossiness ≥60°). Based on the mechanical principles of fiber-reinforced composites, they form anisotropic load-bearing structures through resin cross-linking and curing. Widely used in chemical anti-corrosion equipment, environmental water treatment facilities, new energy wind power components, marine lightweight structures, etc., they support customized design according to drawings/samples (minimum tolerance ±0.5mm), adapting to single-piece small-batch to large-scale production needs.
