Machining Tank (for Steel Components)
The machining tank for steel components is composed of a Q355B carbon steel welded tank body (wall thickness 6-12mm), H-shaped steel support frame, non-slip grid floor, circulating filtration system (centrifugal pump + bag filter), and temperature control device (electric heating/cooling coil). Equipped with a level sensor and overflow drain valve, the tank interior is coated with epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating (dry film thickness ≥300μm). Featuring high bearing strength (rated load 5-50t), acid-alkali resistance (pH 4-13), temperature control accuracy ±2℃, and filtration accuracy ≤50μm, it adopts a fully enclosed circulation process to immerse, clean, rust-proof, or phosphating steel components through pumped fluid. Suitable for pre-treatment processes of steel components such as gears, flanges, and bearings in the machining industry, it is widely used in automotive parts manufacturing, heavy equipment assembly, marine steel structure maintenance, etc., adapting to batch processing of medium-sized components with a single-piece weight ≤10t.
