Manganese Sand Filter
The manganese sand filter consists of manganese sand filter media, skid-mounted tank and PLC intelligent control system. It features modular integration, intelligent operation and maintenance, and rapid on-site deployment, enabling high-efficiency removal of iron and manganese ions (removal rate ≥95%). Through the catalytic oxidation of manganese sand, divalent iron and manganese ions are oxidized into precipitates, which are intercepted and separated by gradient filter layers. Widely applied in iron/manganese removal for mine groundwater, pre-treatment of industrial circulating water, drinking water source purification and deep treatment of industrial wastewater.
