MVR Skid-Mounted Evaporator
The MVR skid-mounted evaporator consists of an evaporation chamber (stainless steel 316L), compressor (roots/centrifugal type), preheater, PLC automatic control system, and skid base. With an evaporation capacity of 1-20t/h and energy consumption only 1/5 of traditional evaporators, it features modular design (40% footprint reduction), one-key start (touch screen operation), and CIP online cleaning. The compressor reheats and repressurizes secondary steam for reuse as heat source, achieving steam recycling efficiency ≥98%. The material liquid evaporates under negative pressure at low temperature (50-80℃). Widely used in chemical wastewater zero discharge (e.g., sodium sulfate concentration), food concentration (tomato paste), pharmaceutical crystallization, and seawater desalination pre-treatment, it adapts to heat-sensitive materials and high-salinity wastewater treatment.
