Nanofiltration (NF) Device
The nanofiltration (NF) device consists of NF membrane elements (filtration accuracy 0.001-0.1μm, salt rejection rate 80-95%), high-pressure pumps (operating pressure 0.3-1.0MPa), online conductivity meters, and a PLC control system. It uses charged composite membrane materials with automatic cross-flow flushing (CFS), requiring inlet turbidity ≤1NTU and achieving water recovery ≥75%. Based on membrane surface charge effects and size exclusion principles, it retains divalent ions (e.g., Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺) and selectively permeates monovalent ions under pressure, while simultaneously removing organic matter (molecular weight >200Da). Widely applied in drinking water hardness softening, industrial wastewater heavy metal separation (e.g., nickel/copper ion recovery), and food/beverage desalination concentration (e.g., fructose purification), it adapts to medium-high precision separation scenarios with a water production scale of 5-500m³/h.
