PE Pipe Fittings
PE pipe fittings are injection molded from polyethylene (PE80/PE100) raw materials, including standard components such as elbows, tees, couplings, and flanges. They adopt socket fusion or electrofusion connection technology, with joint strength ≥95% of the pipe body strength. Featuring chemical resistance (pH 2-14), UV resistance (carbon black content ≥2.5%), and good flexibility (elongation at break ≥350%), they operate at pressures from 0.4 to 1.6 MPa and temperatures from -20°C to 60°C. Based on the principle of polymer fusion, the connection surfaces are melted by special welding machines, pressed, and cooled to form a permanent sealed structure. Widely used in municipal water supply/drainage, gas transmission, farmland irrigation, and industrial acid/alkali transportation, they are suitable for pipeline systems with diameters ranging from DN16 to DN1200mm.
