Pipeline Mixer
The pipeline mixer consists of a straight pipe housing made of stainless steel (304/316L) or engineering plastics (PVC/PP), with built-in static mixing elements (such as helical vanes, Kenics units), connected via flanges/threads. It requires ≥5×pipe diameter straight sections at both ends. Featuring no moving parts for maintenance-free operation, it achieves mixing efficiency ≥95%, pressure loss ≤0.05MPa, and mixing time <10 seconds, suitable for fluids with viscosity ≤10,000cP. Based on hydrodynamic turbulent diffusion principles, it cuts, rotates, and recombines fluid layers through mixing elements to achieve dynamic uniform mixing of different media. Widely used in chemical pipeline online dosing (e.g., flocculant injection), food/beverage syrup blending, petroleum product mixing, and environmental acid-alkali neutralization processes, it adapts to continuous mixing in pipe systems with diameters ranging from DN25 to DN300.
