Reverse Osmosis (RO) Device

Short Description:

The reverse osmosis (RO) device consists of RO membrane elements (salt rejection rate ≥99.5%), high-pressure pumps (head 100-160m), energy recovery devices, and a PLC control system. It uses anti-fouling composite membranes, supports fully automatic chemical cleaning (CIP), with inlet SDI ≤5 and product water resistivity ≥10MΩ·cm. Based on the selective permeability principle of semipermeable membranes, it separates water molecules from inorganic salts and heavy metal ions under 0.6-1.6MPa pressure, with a concentration ratio of 1:4 to 1:5. Widely used in ultra-pure water production for electronics/semiconductors, boiler feed water treatment in power plants, seawater desalination, etc., it adapts to high-purity water scenarios with a production scale of 1-1000m³/h.
