Screw Conveyor
The screw conveyor consists of a drive unit (cycloidal pinwheel motor), screw shaft (solid/ribbon spiral blades), U-tube/tubular trough (carbon steel/stainless steel), end cover bearings, and inlet/outlet ports. With a conveying length of 3-30m, pipe diameter DN100-DN600, rotation speed 15-60r/min, and conveying capacity 5-100m³/h (depending on material properties), it features a compact structure (footprint ≤3㎡), strong sealing (dust leakage rate ≤0.1kg/h), tiltable conveying (angle ≤20°), and wear resistance (hard alloy surfacing on blades). Driven by the motor, the screw shaft rotates to push materials axially along the trough via the helical blades' thrust, enabling continuous horizontal or small-angle inclined conveying. Widely used in chemical industry (coal powder, phosphate), food processing (grains, soybean meal), building materials (cement, sand), and environmental protection (sludge, food waste), it adapts to short-to-medium distance conveying of powdery, granular, and small lumpy (particle size ≤50mm) materials.
