Self-Cleaning Filter
The self-cleaning filter consists of a stainless steel filter cartridge (filtration accuracy 5-300μm), electric brush-type cleaning mechanism, pressure differential sensor, and PLC control system. With a treatment flow rate of 10-1,000m³/h, cleaning time of 30-60 seconds, and water consumption ≤1% of treated volume, it features online continuous filtration, filter screen lifespan ≥5 years, and anti-biofouling (electrolyzed water inhibition). When impurity interception causes differential pressure ≥0.03MPa or timed trigger, the motor drives the cleaning brush to rotate while opening the drain valve, removing contaminants via water flushing and brush scraping. Widely used in circulating cooling water filtration, RO pre-treatment, surface water turbidity removal, and food & beverage industry, it adapts to automated solid-liquid separation in seawater desalination, chemical slurries, municipal reclaimed water, etc.
