Sludge Scraper
The sludge scraper consists of a drive unit (cycloidal pinwheel reducer), central support, main beam (carbon steel/stainless steel), scraper arm assembly (adjustable blades), sludge collection trough, and discharge system, with a single-tank treatment capacity of 100-5,000m³/d, suitable for rectangular or circular sedimentation tanks. Featuring sludge scraping efficiency ≥95%, operating power 1.5-7.5kW, scraper linear speed 1-3m/min, and mud layer thickness monitoring (ultrasonic sensor), it uses central or peripheral drive mechanisms to rotate the scraper arms around the tank center via the reducer, scraping settled sludge into the collection trough for gravity discharge through a mud valve or pump suction. Widely used in primary/secondary sedimentation tanks of municipal wastewater treatment plants, industrial wastewater treatment (e.g., turbid circulating water in steel plants), waterworks sludge discharge, and mining tailings treatment, it adapts to continuous sludge removal requirements in large-to-medium sedimentation facilities with tank diameters of 8-50m.
