Short Description:

The stainless steel bioreactor & fermenter consists of a 316L stainless steel tank (jacketed for temperature control), mechanical agitation system (variable frequency speed regulation), air distributor, online pH/DO monitoring probes, and PLC control system. It has a design pressure of 0.3MPa, operating temperature of 5-60℃, and agitation speed of 50-800rpm. Equipped with steam sterilization (121℃/30min) and clean-in-place (CIP) functions, it features a microbubble aeration device (bubble diameter ≤2mm) with oxygen transfer efficiency ≥30%. Based on aseptic operation principles, it enables high-density cultivation of microorganisms/cells through precise control of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and other parameters. Widely used in vaccine production, enzyme fermentation, biopharmaceuticals (e.g., monoclonal antibodies) and food additive manufacturing, it adapts to batch/continuous fermentation processes ranging from 50L to 50m³.
