Sanitary Grade Liquid Storage Tank
The sanitary grade liquid storage tank consists of a 316L stainless steel tank (inner wall mirror polished to Ra≤0.4μm), CIP rotating spray balls, breather valve (PTFE filter element), level sensors, and quick-release manholes. It has a design pressure of -0.1~0.3MPa, operating temperature of -20~120℃, and is equipped with steam sterilization ports. Featuring full-radius transitions (R≥5mm) and deadspace-free design, it complies with ASME BPE standards with surface roughness ≤0.8μm and supports steam-in-place (SIP) sterilization. Based on gravity flow or pumping principles, it enables material storage and transfer through precise level control, preventing cross-contamination. Widely used in biopharmaceuticals (e.g., media storage), dairy processing, water for injection buffering, and food additive temporary storage, it adapts to sterile material storage requirements from 50 to 50,000L.
