A tank consists of a shell (stainless steel/PP/PVDF), inlet/outlet interfaces, sealing components, and optional stirring/heating devices, structured as vertical/horizontal and pressure-rated as normal (<0.1MPa)/pressurized (PN16-PN40). It features strong corrosion resistance (pH 1-14), thermal insulation (heat loss ≤3%), and explosion-proof design (ATEX certified), with mirror-polished inner wall (Ra≤0.8μm). Pressure balancing devices, level sensors, and temperature control systems enable automated media storage management. Applied in chemical raw material storage, wastewater treatment equalization tanks, food-beverage fermentation, and pharmaceutical solvent buffering, complying with ASME B31.3 and GB 150 pressure vessel standards.
