Ultrafiltration Device
The ultrafiltration device consists of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane modules (filtration accuracy 0.01-0.1μm), a backwashing system (automatic air-water mixed flushing), a PLC control system, and flow meters, with a membrane flux of up to 50-150L/(m²·h). It features online fouling monitoring (alarm triggered when transmembrane pressure difference ΔP ≤ 0.1MPa) and chemical enhanced backwashing (CEB). Based on the cross-flow filtration principle, it uses centrifugal pumps to provide an operating pressure of 0.1-0.3MPa, retaining colloids, bacteria, macromolecular organics, and other impurities while allowing clear water to permeate through the membrane pores. Widely applied in advanced drinking water treatment, industrial wastewater reuse (e.g., pretreatment for electronic-grade pure water), food and beverage clarification, etc., it adapts to water treatment scenarios with a pretreatment scale of 5-1000m³/h.
