Valveless Filter

Short Description:

The valveless filter consists of a carbon steel/FRP tank, support layer (pebbles/quartz sand), filter media layer (dual-layer anthracite/quartz sand), siphon system (inlet/outlet siphon tubes), and backwash device, with a single-unit treatment capacity of 5-100m³/h and filtration accuracy of 5-20μm. Featuring automatic backwashing (triggered by differential pressure ≥0.06MPa), no valve failures, operation cycle ≥24h, and backwash water consumption ≤3%, it uses hydraulic automatic control principles to achieve backwashing through siphon formation via water level difference, eliminating the need for external power. Raw water is filtered from top to bottom through the water distribution system, contaminants are trapped in the filter layer, and clean water is led out by the water collection device. During backwashing, water flows reversely to flush the filter media, and wastewater is discharged through the siphon drain trough. Suitable for surface water purification (turbidity ≤10NTU), circulating water side filtration, advanced industrial wastewater treatment, and reclaimed water reuse, it is particularly ideal for small-to-medium water plants and unattended scenarios.
