Water cooling system equipment consists of industrial chillers (5-500kW cooling capacity), closed-circuit cooling towers, stainless steel centrifugal pumps, and plate heat exchangers, paired with PLC temperature control (±0.5℃ accuracy) and anti-freeze electric tracing. Featuring heat exchange efficiency ≥5500W/m²·K, COP≥3.5, and water conductivity ≤10μS/cm, pipelines use 316L stainless steel/PVC (pressure ≤1.6MPa). Operation drives refrigerant circulation via compressors, exchanging heat with circulating water in evaporators and dissipating heat through cooling towers in a closed loop. Applied in data center server cooling, semiconductor wafer cutting, injection mold temperature control, and medical equipment thermoregulation, complying with GB/T 18488 and ISO 10482 standards.
