Water for Injection Preparation System
The water for injection preparation system consists of pretreatment unit, multi-effect distiller/pure steam generator, sterile storage tank and PLC control system. It features output meeting pharmacopoeia standards (conductivity ≤1.3μS/cm, pyrogen-free), full-process sterile control, and automated CIP/SIP operation. It removes impurities via pretreatment, deeply desalinates and eliminates pyrogens through distillation, supplemented by superheated steam sterilization. Widely used in injection production, biological product preparation and sterile medical consumable cleaning.
