Wind Turbine Lubrication System and Cooling System
The integrated wind turbine lubrication and cooling system consists of a lubricating oil station (oil tank, multi-stage centrifugal pump), filtration unit (3μm/10μm dual-stage filtration), cooling circuit (plate heat exchanger + variable-frequency fan), intelligent temperature control module (-40℃~80℃), and PLC control system. Compatible with 2-15MW doubly-fed/direct-drive wind turbines, it features a lubrication flow rate of 50-300L/min and cooling capacity of 30-200kW. With an IP65 protection rating, vibration resistance (10-2000Hz), oil cleanliness of NAS Class 7, and fault warning (differential pressure/level sensors), it adopts a closed-loop design to provide forced lubrication to gearboxes/bearings via lubricating oil while using a cooling medium (water/ethylene glycol) to dissipate frictional heat. The temperature control system automatically adjusts cooling intensity based on oil temperature. Suitable for onshore/offshore wind power applications, it performs stably in low-temperature high-humidity (RH≥95%) or high-temperature dusty environments, meeting IEC 61400-4 mechanical safety standards to provide full-life-cycle protection for wind turbine drivetrains.
