1、Zero-Dead Angle Design:Purified Water/WFI Storage Tanks (316L) with infrared welding process, internal surface roughness Ra≤0.5μm (electropolished).

2、Intelligent Validation:On-line TOC monitoring (ppb level), dual sterilization with ozone+UV, full lifecycle validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).

3、Composite Process:High-salinity wastewater recycling rate ≥90%, desalination rate ≥99%, conductivity ≤10 μS/cm.
